Water intake capacity should not be less than 2-3 litres either to any age group between 19 to 40 years.

Well, it’s obvious that anything in excess can lead to any problem. Excess intake can lead to over hydration which will lower the levels of sodium in our  body.
Try not to drink  more than 1 litre in an hour.
