Take 2 potatoes and cut them into long slices. Wash it and put aside. Take ‘maida’ or  corn flour  and add salt. Another side , take a frying pan on a high flame and add refined oil into it. Just take those potatoes one by one and add layers of corn flour or maida on them and fry. And, you’re done.(Note: If you like cheese, just grate some cheese over it )

Take 2 boiled potatoes and mash them. Now , Add salt, pepper and chat masala over it. After that, add a chopped onion and mix. Take 1 potato, 1onion , 1 cauliflower and chop it. Another side, take a bowl, put 1 cup gram flour (besan)  into it with half cup water. Mix it well and make a batter.  Wash the vegetables and put them in the batter. Then, take a pan with refined in it and heat it on a high flame. Now, fry the pakora on medium flame to make it more crispy. Put some chat masala over it and serve.
