All of us know that it is a very hard situation and sometimes you might feel screaming out loud, yell on the talk, but you have to remain cool and take a few deep breaths. It really works as just by controlling your breaths, it allows you to stay calm and will stop you from getting angry, fired up and crazy.

2. Relax your body:

Let your body relax for some time. It will help you to stay stress free. It will also help you to relieve the problem of anxiety, depression and insomnia. Relaxing your body will help you to keep your mind quite and to stay peaceful and calmed.If you are having a stressful day, or you are returning home after having a bad conversation or bad day, then you must need to relax your body and take a nap so that you are ready to start with a fresh mind with more positive energy.

3. Have some patience:

Force yourself to slow down, and make yourself comfortable in a tense situation by just having patience. As you all know that patience is the key to success and yes this statement is magical. 4. Accept your life:

6. Defend yourself:

Most of the times you are upset or feeling stressful due to bad confrontation. So, when you are in an argument than there is a right way, and a wrong way to defend yourself.So many times when people think to defend themselves , then they think of hitting that person with whom they had  bad argument . But, in reality you just have to stay calm and say no and respectfully disagree that conversation is critical . Therefore, this is the good way to stay stress free and calm.

7. Stay away from negative people:

If you want to maintain a healthy and positive mind forever then, you must stay away from negative people who have negative thoughts in their mind and influence people just for their purpose. If you are a nice person then, those people who have negativity in their mind will try to use you for their selfishness and when their job is done with you then after that they will ignore you or they will leave you in a very bad situation.

8. Listen songs:

When you are upset then listening songs is the best way to release your stress and will make your mood happy. You must listen to melodious and simple beat songs. You must have noticed that some people do their work by listening songs and moving their body according to the beats of the music because sometimes music helps to make your mind stay calm and healthy.

9. Take a pause:

Stop wherever you are or whatever you are doing, just stop! Order your mind to ignore the bad thoughts or things that had happened to you.

10. Do something for yourself:

You must do things that you really want to do and not just do to get in notice in other people’s eyes. By doing whatever you want, you get the real happiness.

11. Remember-‘it’s not about you’:

Don’t blame the victim, sometimes things don’t go according to your plan, and it’s not your fault. You must remember that you can’t control your life, but you can control the response to it.

12. Be in the moment:

Just because something wrong happened in the past that doesn’t mean that it will  happen today. Be in the present, and don’t worry about the future because sometimes it is not in your hands.

    • Yes brother, personally I have also faced this problem in my life or I say I am facing them right now regarding my studies, carrier and financial health. But I never loose hope, I always try to find another way or make a new backup plan and stick to it. And I also learnt a Guru Mantra and applied in my life that believe in God and don’t loose hope sometimes you have to let go things an your problems because you don’t know that what great thing will happens to you in future. So, you must wait for it.
